USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock
MIAMI, Oct. 28, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: USCB), the holding company for U.S. Century Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A common stock, payable on December 5, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2024. Future dividend payments are subject to quarterly review and approval by the Board of Directors.
