NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UL Solutions Inc. (NYSE: ULS), a global leader in applied safety science, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 18, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 2024.
