U.S. NAVY AWARDS GOVINI'S ARK IL5 AUTHORITY TO OPERATE

New Authority to Operate highlights Ark's security standards and capability to operate at the highest level across several services

ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Govini, the leader in defense acquisition software, today announced the U.S. Navy awarded Ark — Govini's flagship platform — Impact Level 5 Authority to Operate (IL5 ATO).

The U.S. Navy joins the U.S. Army and U.S. Space Force in awarding Ark an ATO, further validating Ark's leading security standards and robust risk mitigation capabilities across the Department of Defense (DoD). This multi-service adoption reinforces Govini's standing as a trusted partner of the federal government, empowering agencies to deploy and utilize Ark with greater speed and impact.
