Two Nuveen Municipal Closed-End Funds Declare First Post-Merger Monthly Distributions

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nuveen Investments, a leading global provider of investment services to individual investors and their financial advisors, today announced that Nuveen Enhanced Municipal Credit Opportunities Fund (NYSE: NZF) and Nuveen Enhanced AMT-Free Municipal Credit Opportunities Fund (NYSE: NVG) have each declared their first post-merger monthly distributions. The distribution amounts reflect the funds’ new investment mandates and initial progress in transitioning to those mandates.
