CHICO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of TriCo Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBK) (the “Company”), parent company of Tri Counties Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 (thirty-six cents) per share on its common stock, no par value, on August 20, 2026. The dividend is payable on September 25, 2026, to holders of record as of September 11, 2026, and represents the 148th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid to shareholders.
