CHICO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of TriCo Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBK) (the “Company”), parent company of Tri Counties Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 (thirty-six cents) per share on its common stock, no par value, on November 20, 2025, representing the 145th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid to shareholders. The dividend is payable on December 19, 2025, to holders of record on December 5, 2025.
