Tom Monahan Joins ProKarma as Executive Chairman

As longtime chairman and CEO of CEB, Inc., which was acquired by Gartner in 2017, Monahan spent more than two decades redefining how the world's leading companies make critical business decisions.  A particular focus of his tenure included the development of scaled solutions built on groundbreaking insights into sales and services processes drawn from work like CEB's "Challenger Sale" and "Effortless Experience." The addition of Monahan comes at a pivotal time in ProKarma's growth as it continues to expand and evolve to bring new capabilities to market and scale its operations while delivering technology-enabled experiences.
