Tintri Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/01/17 -- Tintri, Inc. today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

The book-running managers for the proposed offering will be Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. Needham & Company LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co., Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and William Blair & Company L.L.C. will act as co-managers for the proposed offering.
