Thomas & Company Appoints Nate Kenney Chief Executive Officer

Jim Thomas Named Chairman of the Board

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Thomas & Company today announced the promotion of Nate Kenney to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. In addition, former CEO, Jim Thomas, will now serve as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Kenney joined Thomas & Company in 2015 as the Vice President of Operations. He quickly moved into the position of Chief Operating Officer and in 2023 was named President. Throughout his tenure at Thomas & Company, Mr. Kenney has been instrumental in developing strategic growth initiatives to build the product offering, increase scale, modernize workflows, and deepen client relationships within each of Thomas & Company’s business lines, as is evidenced by exponential revenue growth over the past decade.
