Requests move through clear stages—Draft, In Progress, Completed, and Sent—with system-generated letters available for download and distribution once completed.

A new Bulk Letter Admin role has been introduced, giving agencies the ability to manage who can access and operate bulk letter functions. This role-based approach provides flexibility while maintaining security and oversight of large-scale communications.
