The Town Lake Company Breaks Ground on New Pflugerville Industrial Development

AUSTIN, Texas, July 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Benchmark Business Parks, a vertical of The Town Lake Company, has officially broken ground on its latest small-bay industrial project at 1433 Chris Lane in Pflugerville, Texas. The development will deliver 84,200 square feet of high-quality tilt-wall flex industrial space across two buildings and 24 individual units, specifically designed for trades, service companies, and small businesses. Set on five acres with ample parking, the project is expected to open in Q2 2026.
