BLOOMINGTON, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share, payable on October 14, 2016, to shareholders of record on October 3, 2016. The amount of the quarterly cash dividend is adjusted to reflect the Company’s two-for-one stock split, which was effective on September 16, 2016.
