The Pedowitz Group to acquire award-winning creative agency BizMark

The Pedowitz Group LLC, a leading digital consulting firm, today announced that it has agreed to acquire BizMark, CT LLC, one of the nation's top B2B marketing and communications agencies. Founded in 2006, BizMark is a three-time winner of the Association of National Advertisers' Small B2B Agency of the Year (Bronze), a Chief Marketer Top B2B Shop and has been named to the Inc. 5000 as one of the nation's fastest growing private companies.

The acquisition provides The Pedowitz Group with a true end-to-end offering including strategy consulting, technology consulting, staff augmentation and full creative and agency services, further expanding its ability to deliver the ideas, skills and talent to drive repeatable, predictable and scalable revenue in a digital-first world.

The entire BizMark team will transition to the new entity and will operate as the creative and agency services arm of The Pedowitz Group. BizMark founder Ed Gillespie will lead this new division.
