MAUMEE, Ohio, May 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) today announced a third quarter 2017 cash dividend of 16 cents ($0.16) per share payable July 24, 2017, to shareholders of record on July 3, 2017.

This is The Andersons' 83rd consecutive quarterly cash dividend since listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. There are approximately 28.4 million common outstanding shares.
