Tesla and SolarCity Announce Call to Discuss Combination

PALO ALTO, CA and SAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/01/16 -- Tesla and SolarCity management will host a conference call and webcast at 5:00 a.m. PT (8:00 a.m. ET) on Monday, August 1, 2016 to discuss Tesla's acquisition of SolarCity. Tesla and SolarCity management will hold a live question & answer session during the conference call and webcast. Both companies will also post an investor presentation to the investor relations sections of their websites.
