Terex Increases Quarterly Dividend to $0.07 Per Share

WESTPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share. The new quarterly cash dividend is an increase of approximately 17% over the 2015 quarterly dividend amount. The dividend is to be paid on March 18, 2016 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 10, 2016.
