Tenpin Entertainment acquires Fairgame

LONDON and DALLAS, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Tenpin Entertainment ("Tenpin"), backed by Trive Capital ("Trive"), the Dallas-based private equity firm, announced that it has acquired Fairgame, a fairground-inspired premium social entertainment brand. Fairgame reimagines the traditional outdoor fairground in an indoor venue by combining proprietary tech-enabled fairground games with a distinctive food and beverage program. The Company was founded by Richard Hilton in 2019 and currently operates two sites in London.
