MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Directors of Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share payable June 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2015.
