Teekay Corporation declares dividend

HAMILTON, Bermuda, Jan. 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teekay Corporation (Teekay or the Company) (NYSE: TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.055 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. The cash dividend is payable on February 14, 2019 to all shareholders of record as at February 1, 2019.
