- Icelandic Menu at Eastern Standard: Ready to taste a plate full of
Iceland ? Icelandic Chef Bjarki Snær Þorsteinsson and Eastern Standard ChefBrian Rae will prepare an Icelandic feast, drawing inspiration from the country's natural beauty. Indulge in a showcase ofIceland's finest ingredients and flavors, crafted into an outstanding dining experience. The menu will feature centerpiece ingredients fromIceland , including cod from Icelandic Seafood and High Liner Foods and lamb from Icelandic Lamb.
