Tanger Declares Dividend For Fourth Quarter 2016

GREENSBORO, N.C., Jan. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2016. A cash dividend of $0.325 per share will be payable on February 15, 2017 to holders of record on January 31, 2017.

Since becoming a public company in May 1993, the company has paid a cash dividend each quarter and has increased its dividend each year.
