According to the guide, TOTYM's Lucky's Starter Deck received an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5.0.

The guide described Lucky's Starter Deck as a 60-card deck built from Creature, Worship, Tarot and Imposter card types, designed for two to four players with games running 15 to 30 minutes. It listed a price of $20 for a single deck, and noted that two starter decks are needed to begin a two-player game.
