MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TEGNA Inc.’s (NYSE: TGNA) Board of Directors today declared a dividend of 14 cents per share, payable on January 4, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 4, 2015.
Earlier this month, TEGNA’s Board of Directors approved a $75 million increase in the company’s share repurchase program to $825 million which will be used over the original three-year term, ending June 2018.
