COLUMBUS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Synovus Financial Corp. (NYSE: SNV) has declared a dividend of $0.4921875 per share on the company’s Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C. The dividend will be payable on February 1, 2017, to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2017.
