Donation Supports the Education, Professional Development and Advancement of Women in the Automotive Aftermarket

This contribution aligns with Synchrony's Education as an Equalizer program, and aims to support women in the automotive aftermarket industry.

Synchrony's donation will fund professional development and the purchase of essential tools for women entering or advancing in the auto care sector. Now in its 20^th year, Women in Auto Care has distributed numerous awards to aspiring automotive professionals, including cash scholarships and toolkits, offering a powerful investment in the empowerment of women in the industry.

The donation will support various initiatives, including:
