(NYSE: INN) (the "Company") today announced that its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held Thursday, May 17, 2018, beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET.  The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Place Scottsdale Old Town located at 7300 East Third Avenue, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251.  The meeting is open to all shareholders of record as of March 21, 2018.
