Summit Cleaning & Restoration, a disaster mitigation and restoration company serving Oregon and Southwest Washington, launched its newly redesigned website, SummitClean.com, on Friday, Aug. 28.
The redesigned site was built to serve as a practical resource for homeowners and insurance professionals navigating the aftermath of fire, wind, mold, and water damage. It brings together helpful information, service details, and answers to common questions in one accessible location.
SummitClean.com includes detailed descriptions of Summit's services, frequently asked questions, service area information, customer accounts, and a Learning Center covering what property owners can expect after damage occurs. The site is open to anyone at no cost, with no account or form submission required to access its content.
"When someone experiences fire or water damage in their home, they need answers quickly and they need someone they can trust," said Matt Davies, Owner and Operator of Summit Cleaning & Restoration. "Our new website was built to provide helpful information and give people a better understanding of what comes next during what can be a very stressful time."
The launch coincides with the approach of Oregon's wet season, when heavy rainfall and winter freeze-and-thaw cycles typically drive an increase in water damage calls across the Willamette Valley and the Portland metro area.
Summit Cleaning & Restoration has operated in the Pacific Northwest for decades. The company traces its roots to 1978, beginning as a small family-owned business in Stayton. It was established under the Summit name in 2005 by Brian and Angie Harper. Today, the company is owned and operated by Matt Davies and maintains offices in Portland, Stayton, Redmond, and Junction City, serving communities throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.
"We came up in a small town, where the person whose house flooded was somebody you knew," Davies said. "That hasn't changed for us. Putting this information out for free, whether or not anybody ever hires us, is the same idea."
Summit is IICRC certified and licensed in both Oregon and Washington. The company guarantees a two-hour emergency response time and assigns a dedicated project manager to each job.
