OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on September 18, 2024, in recognition of the bank’s 42nd year in business, declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.31 per share, payable on October 31, 2024, to holders of record as of the close of business on October 10, 2024.
