As President, Mr. Grushko will oversee Stonehenge NYC's operations across 30 buildings containing over 4 million square feet, including more than 3,700 apartments, 5,000 tenants, 300,000 square feet of commercial, retail, and garages. He will continue to lead the teams responsible for the day-to-day operations for the portfolio, including property management, leasing, marketing, construction, capital improvements, compliance, human resources, and resident services, helping drive property performance and day-to-day execution throughout the portfolio.
