E-mailFORT LAUDERDALE, FL - September 22, 2026 - StevenDouglas, a boutique executive search and interim resources firm, has announced the expansion of its recruiting services with the promotion of Amanda Rassi to Managing Director of its National Human Resources Search Practice. The move reflects the firm's ongoing effort to broaden its HR search capabilities and add specialized HR recruiting professionals across the country in response to growing client demand.
In her new role, Rassi will oversee the growth and development of the national practice, including building out a dedicated HR search team and strengthening StevenDouglas' presence across the U.S. She will also be responsible for consolidating the firm's HR recruiting capabilities under a single national practice.

Rassi joined StevenDouglas in 2013 and has since developed an extensive national network of HR executives and business leaders. Her practice focuses on senior HR leadership placements, including CHRO, Chief People Officer, SVP and VP of Human Resources roles, as well as leadership positions spanning Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Management, Organizational Development and HR Business Partners.
Over the past two decades, as StevenDouglas expanded its business, the HR Search Practice grew to serve organizations ranging from emerging and middle-market companies to Fortune 500, privately held and private equity-backed businesses. The practice offers both retained executive search and professional recruiting, enabling clients to engage the firm for senior HR leadership hires as well as the supporting teams beneath them. The promotion of Rassi followed a period of increased visibility for the HR practice, driven by rising demand for HR leaders and professionals and a growing volume of C-suite and senior-level placements completed by the team.
