Stephens Investment Banking Expands Western U.S. Financial Institutions Group

Hires James Troy as Senior Vice-President

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stephens Inc., an independent, full service investment banking firm, today announced that James Troy joins the Investment Banking Division as a senior banker focused on Western U.S. depository institutions - a result of the continued regional expansion of Stephens Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Troy will be based in San Francisco.

Prior to Stephens, Mr. Troy was with Jefferies LLC, where he led client coverage and transaction execution on behalf of Western U.S. depositories. He brings significant M&A and capital markets experience to Stephens. Earlier in his career, Mr. Troy worked for Hovde Financial, Inc. and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
