FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Staples, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2016, to shareholders of record on June 24, 2016.
