FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Staples, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on January 12, 2017, to shareholders of record on December 21, 2016.
