To celebrate the new flavor, Spindrift is collaborating with long-time culinary friends, Momofuku, to launch limited-time dishes inspired by Yuzu Mandarin at the award-winning Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York City.

With two unexpected, unique fruits at the forefront of Yuzu Mandarin, Spindrift aims to delight its most adventurous fans. The bright, sophisticated sparkling water features bold bursts of tart flavor from yuzu and juicy, sweet notes from mandarins. As with all Spindrift^® products, Yuzu Mandarin is proudly made the hard way^™ with real squeezed fruit. For this recipe, Spindrift sourced juice from the best-tasting fruit grown in the yuzu groves of Japan and mandarins from lush groves in California.

From June 23rd to August 8th, guests at Momofuku Noodle Bar (East Village and Uptown) will receive complimentary cans of Spindrift^® Yuzu Mandarin and have the chance to experience limited-edition dishes inspired by Yuzu Mandarin. Guests can enjoy Tempura Dorade with snap peas, watercress, horseradish and a lemon vinaigrette at Noodle Bar East Village, and Roasted Garlic Noodles with Blue Prawns with miso and asparagus at Noodle Bar Uptown. Any guest who orders one of the new dishes will also receive an exclusive co-branded tote commemorating the collaboration while supplies last.
