GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SpartanNash Company (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SPTN) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share. The dividend will be paid on December 31, 2018 to shareholders of record as of December 17, 2018. As of November 14, 2018, there were 35,941,837 common shares outstanding.
