SpartanNash Announces 5.6% Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SpartanNash Company (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SPTN) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to its quarterly cash dividend from $0.18 to $0.19 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 29, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2019. As of February 25, 2019, there were 35,952,014 common shares outstanding.
