Song Kim Appointed Vice President, Orange County and San Diego Branches

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Nov. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CNA today announced the appointment of Song Kim to Vice President for the company's Orange County and San Diego Branches. In this role, Kim will lead the branches to cultivate deeper relationships with producers, accelerate CNA's market presence and continue to shape a portfolio of mutual profitable business.  He reports to Steve Marohn, Senior Vice President and Western Zone Officer. 

"Song's strong leadership and extensive experience in commercial underwriting, producer engagement and portfolio management make him the ideal candidate to lead and continue strengthening CNA's producer relationships in our Orange County and San Diego Branches," Marohn said.

Kim joins CNA with more than 24 years of insurance industry experience. Most recently, he served as the Regional Vice President and Industry Leader for Zurich North America. In this role, Kim had responsibility for the underwriting organization focused on the Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, General Industries and International segments.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is a certified Casualty Claim Law Associate.
