The lease administration department secured various new Fortune 500 clients in 2024 and now supports more than 60 clients with a team comprising over half of Mohr Partners' corporate workforce.

Additionally, Hamirani was pivotal in establishing and cultivating the firm's India operations. In 2024, he made two trips to India to train, lead and empower new employees as the company opened a physical office in Chennai.
