Acquisition broadens Softek’s services adding a premier suite of Compliance capabilities

TORONTO & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Softek, a leading provider of Capital and Credit management solutions today announced the acquisition of Elinphant, a Compliance Consulting firm founded and led by Elin Cherry.
