Sigma Analysis & Management Appoints Megan Vesely General Counsel

TORONTO, ON -- (Marketwired) -- 09/08/15 -- Sigma Analysis & Management ("Sigma"), a pioneer in advising institutional investors on managed account solutions, hedge fund portfolio construction and research, and risk analytics, today announced the appointment of Megan Vesely, JD as General Counsel. Megan joins Sigma at its Toronto office to provide legal counsel on a variety of business and regulatory issues including cross-border matters and corporate development in the financial services industry.

Megan earned her JD, cum laude, from St. John's University School of Law, and her B.A., cum laude, in English, History and Honors, with a French minor, from Villanova University. Megan spent ten years at the global law firm DLA Piper in the New York and San Francisco offices. She is admitted to the New York bar.
