BIRMINGHAM, Ala., March 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ: SFBS) ("ServisFirst"), the holding company for ServisFirst Bank, today announces: At a meeting held on March 20, 2017, its Board of Directors raised the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.05 per share, an increase of 25%. The dividend is payable on April 14, 2017 to stockholders of record as of April 4, 2017.
