Representatives from Emory University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, University of Colorado, University of Tennessee and Virginia Tech Among the Winners
MORRISVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SciQuest, Inc. Representing outstanding influence in the field of procurement, the following institutions and university representatives were honored by NAEP:
- Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of Colorado – Winner of the “Award of Excellence in Procurement,” which recognizes procurement departments that support and contribute to the overall mission of a member institution.
- Thomas Kaloupek, Former Director, Materials Management, Virginia Tech – Winner of the “Bert C. Ahrens” award, which recognizes a former or present Association member who has made contributions to NAEP and the procurement profession. This award is the highest form of recognition offered by the Association.
- Finesha Colton-Lee, Assistant Director of Procurement Operations, Emory University – Winner of the “Neil D. Markee Communicator of the Year” award, which recognizes a member who has made the most outstanding contribution to the profession during the year through the written or spoken word.
- Kimberly Dulaney, Assistant Director and Contracts Manager, Virginia Tech – Winner of the “Professional Prospective” award for her article, “Contract Compliance Monitoring, an Essential Element of Cost Control on Capital and Construction Projects.”
- Blake Reagan, Director of Contracts Administration, University of Tennessee – Winner of the “Young Professional in Procurement” award.
- Mary Ellen McClellan, Senior Manager, Procurement Marketing & Communications, Emory University – Winner of the “Volunteer of the Year” award.
