Schulte Roth & Zabel Holds 7th Annual Shareholder Activism Conference

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Schulte Roth & Zabel (SRZ) is hosting its 7th Annual Shareholder Activism Conference today in New York. The conference features influential activists, prominent investors and leading advisers involved in many of the most high-profile situations. They will discuss the opportunities, as well as the challenges for the players in the present-day marketplace. The event is by invitation only.

Marc Weingarten and Eleazer Klein, co-chairs of SRZ's global Shareholder Activism Group, and Michael E.
