OLNEY, Md., Feb. 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: SASR), the parent company of Sandy Spring Bank, announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.26 per share payable on February 21, 2018 to shareholders of record on February 14, 2018. This dividend is consistent with the dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2017 and the first quarter of 2017.
