Salute announces agreement to acquire T5 Operations
Strategic acquisition further expands Salute's world-class FM&O leadership for AI/HPC and cloud data centers
Once completed, Salute will offer enhanced scale and depth as the leading dedicated service provider to the data center industry, partnering with all of the world's hyperscalers, major operators and the companies committed to delivering the next generation of AI/HPC and cloud infrastructure.
This acquisition extends Salute's leadership in facility management, operations, and commissioning by adding T5 Operations' award-winning expertise to Salute's proven Direct-to-Chip liquid cooling capabilities.

The acquisition is part of the next phase of T5 Services' evolution. With the Operations team transitioning to Salute, it has also been announced that, effective today, T5 Construction becomes EverOn Data Center Services, an independent data center construction company dedicated exclusively to delivering mission-critical digital infrastructure.
