Salibo Ltd Appoints Veblen Advisory Board
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 19th Oct 2026 - Salibo Ltd, the connected operating system for security and workforce management, has appointed its Advisory Board to support the next phase of its growth. Selected through the Veblen Director Programme, the four advisors bring expertise across market expansion, organisational execution, security operations, leadership alignment and people strategy. Their appointment will support Salibo as it strengthens its Digital Immune Security System approach and expands a platform designed to unify operations, compliance, incident reporting, workforce coordination and payroll readiness into one continuous flow.
"Salibo started with a simple observation: security is critical, yet much of the industry still runs on fragmented systems, reactive staffing and limited visibility on site," said Nouh Salibo, Founder of Salibo Ltd. "We built Salibo as a connected operating system that brings operations, compliance, reporting, workforce coordination and payroll readiness into one continuous flow. This Advisory Board brings valuable experience across growth, execution, security leadership and organisational scale, and I am delighted to welcome them as we continue building a more intelligent and accountable model for the industry."
Appointed Advisory Board Members
Marcela Sabino - Chair of the Board, a strategic advisor with two decades of experience helping venture-backed CEOs build growth strategies for new markets. She brings expertise in market entry, commercial positioning, board narrative and helping businesses enter new geographies with greater clarity and confidence.
"I'm excited to work with Salibo to help them expand their concept of a Digital Immune Security System through leveraging AI to help improve outcomes in what is a very fragmented industry," said Marcela Sabino, Chair of the Board at Salibo Ltd.
Victoria Benoit - Board Advisor, a senior aviation services executive with deep experience in security screening, passenger services, labour relations and leading high-performing cross-functional teams. She brings expertise in operational excellence, security, frontline service delivery and scaling security performance in demanding environments.
"Salibo is building a model that combines operational discipline with better visibility and control," said Victoria Benoit, Board Advisor at Salibo Ltd. "I am pleased to support the team as it develops a stronger, more connected approach to security and workforce management."
Lenore Trammel - Board Advisor, a leadership and governance advisor who helps organisations navigate growth, complexity and transformation through stronger leadership, clearer alignment and sound governance.
"Salibo has the opportunity to create real value by helping organisations operate with more structure, clarity and accountability," said Lenore Trammel, Board Advisor at Salibo Ltd. "I look forward to supporting the company as it grows its capability and long-term impact."
Stephanie Fastre - Board Advisor, a people and organisational development leader with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders and HR teams shape people strategy to achieve business goals. She brings expertise in leadership development, culture, coaching, talent programmes and enabling teams to perform with greater confidence and effectiveness.
"Salibo's next phase will depend not only on technology, but on people, culture and the ability to scale with intention," said Stephanie Fastre, Board Advisor at Salibo Ltd. "I am delighted to support the business as it builds the organisational strength needed for sustainable growth."
The appointment of the Advisory Board marks an important step in Salibo's development as the company continues to redefine security and workforce operations through a unified, intelligence-led platform. Salibo positions itself as more than a staffing provider, bringing together AI detection, officer response, voice reporting, compliance monitoring and operational intelligence into a connected system designed for complete visibility, control and continuous improvement.
