With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, research and portfolio strategy, Kolevsohn brings a distinctive combination of analytical depth and strategic leadership, positioning him to drive meaningful impact across Stockbridge's investment platform.

In this newly created role, Kolevsohn will lead the integration of research across the firm, collaborating with investment, portfolio management and client service teams to shape firmwide house views, analyze market and investor trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. His leadership will sharpen Stockbridge's edge in capital raising, client engagement, and investment execution, while amplifying the firm's differentiated investment approach through strategic thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Kolevsohn joins Stockbridge from Mercer Alternatives, where he served as a Partner and Head of North American Real Estate for nearly a decade. Most recently, he held the role of Senior U.S. Investment Director and Partner, overseeing advisory and discretionary real estate portfolios totaling approximately $50 billion in assets. He also led strategic partnerships with investment managers across both institutional and wealth management clients. He was also a voting member of Mercer's Real Assets Investment Committee.

Kolevsohn holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BBA from the University of Georgia. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has authored numerous investment research publications and white papers throughout his career.
