Middleton previously held leadership positions at Johnson Controls and Nokia Mobile Phones. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Execution and Business Transformation at Regions Bank, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide improvement initiatives and launched a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program that enabled leaders to drive measurable results. Across these organizations, Middleton partnered with teams to achieve multimillion-dollar impact and lasting operational gains.

In his new role at SPOC, Middleton will lead the company's comprehensive quality strategy, upholding rigorous standards throughout the product lifecycle—from design and manufacturing to field performance. He will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and customer experience teams to resolve issues, analyze trends, and embed continuous improvement through training, data insights, and supplier partnerships.
