(“Rosehill” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ROSE) (NASDAQ: ROSEW) (NASDAQ: ROSEU), announced today that Alan Townsend, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and Craig Owen, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the following conferences:

• Jefferies 2017 Energy Conference on November 28, 2017 in Houston;    
• Cowen and Company 7th Annual Energy & Natural Resources Conference on December 4, 2017 in New York City; and   
• Capital One Securities 12th Annual Energy Conference on December 6, 2017 in New Orleans.
