Rockwell Collins Announces 10% Dividend Increase

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) has declared a quarterly dividend increase from 30 cents to 33 cents per share on its common stock, representing a 10% increase. The dividend is payable June 8, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2015.

"The increase in our quarterly dividend rate reflects Rockwell Collins' ongoing commitment to return value to our shareowners, and demonstrates the confidence we have in our ability to generate strong earnings and operating cash flow," said Patrick Allen, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Rockwell Collins.
